There are chocolate Santas in the supermarket and it’s cold outside. All year people talk about Git, pipelines, Docker and cookie dependency injection. In this slightly different tutorial I show how you can bake many different cookies and shortbreads with just a few ingredients and a simple dough.

Step 1: The doughFor this very simple 3-2-1 shortcrust pastry you need only a few ingredients:Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead.

Then I divide the dough into small pieces and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 2: Cut out shortbread cornersFor the cutting out I take a square mold to help me. Then I put about 2 teaspoons of jam in the middle and fold the whole thing into a triangle. I press the edges together a little bit.

Of course, you can also cut out a few other cookies. I heat the oven to 180 degrees and put everything in.

Step 3: My secret tip: If you still have some cocoa, you can also mix it into the dough.

The brown pile may not look appetizing, but the result is something to be proud of.
